In this role, he collaborates closely with ICANN and AFNIC to ensure the successful operation of the .alsace domain. Before leading Sparkling, Louis was head of the .alsace project for the Region Grand Est, overseeing its development and management. He has been active in the web industry since 1998, including experience as a consultant for SdV Plurimedia, a French web agency and hosting center. Louis holds a Master's degree in Marketing and International Management from Centre MIM in Strasbourg, France.

Andriy Khvetkevych is a visionary entrepreneur and founder of NicNames, a company integrating blockchain and AI into domain services. He is also the founder of NIC.UA, Ukraine's leading domain registrar. As a certified Patent Attorney (UA:366), Khvetkevych specializes in intellectual property management.

Dominic is a seasoned entrepreneur and a well-respected figure in the hosting and domain industry. As a co-founder of Paragon Internet Group, he played a pivotal role in the growth of brands such as Tsohost, Vidahost, and HostRoute, which later became part of GoDaddy EMEA. His expertise in web hosting, domain management, and online business operations has made him a key influencer in the space.

Currently, Dominic serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at World Host Group, leading innovation in cloud hosting, domain services, and web infrastructure. He also holds CTO roles at Verpex Hosting, Stablepoint, and Tasjeel.ae, where he helps businesses worldwide access scalable, high-performance hosting solutions.

Joe Alagna is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at it.com Domains, bringing over 20 years of domain industry experience. Previously, he held leadership roles at 101domain, Afilias, and CentralNic, where he managed 60 successful new gTLD applications, including .xyz, .club, and .app. At it.com, Joe drives the company's strategic initiatives and partnerships, leveraging his expertise in domain names, SEO, and online marketing.

Stuart is Chief Commercial Officer at Com Laude having joined them in April 2023. Stuart has nearly 20 years experience in the domain name and brand protection industry, having previously held senior commercial positions at NetNames, CSC, CentralNic and OpSec Security.

Stuart played a big role in the first round of the new gTLD programme in 2012, working with a number of global brands in creating dotBrand strategies and use case scenarios whilst he was at NetNames, and brings that expertise and experience to Com Laude.

Stuart is a published writer, both on subjects around domain names and intellectual property protection but also on football culture.

With over 15 years in the IT industry, Marcin Zmaczyński is a passionate advocate for cloud computing, security solutions, blockchain technology, and emerging mobile innovations. His career began at Telenor in Norway, followed by roles in the UK at WAYN.com and the Easy.com group. Upon returning to Poland, he played a key role in the hosting, colocation, and cloud computing sector, driving product solutions, marketing, and sales strategies. 

Currently leading business development at .CLOUD Registry, Marcin is a regular speaker at national and international conferences, championing the transformative potential of cloud computing. He emphasizes customer-centric strategies, leveraging Big Data and Smart Data tools to enhance business insights and decision-making in the cloud environment.

With over 20 years of experience as an internet entrepreneur and digital marketing expert, Daniel Stanica has helped hundreds of businesses grow their online presence and unlock new revenue streams with SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and Competitive Intelligence. In addition to helping online businesses thrive in the new economy, Daniel invests in digital assets such as WEB3, domains, and digital companies.

Youness KASMI is a Digital Marketing Consultant, Content Creator, Author, and Civil Engineer. He is the founder of DNRater.com, an AI-powered tool for determining accurate BIN prices for domain names. Youness is also building NewFoxesWorld and has a background in developing AI-driven solutions for the domain industry.

Jim studied science and law at Cambridge, a combination of skills that enabled him to become an early specialist in internet law. A veteran of many of the UK and Australia’s leading domain name disputes, Jim is very experienced in a broad range of IP and company law. A practicing solicitor, he is also a former director of Nominet, the not-for-profit .uk domain registry.

Michael Slusarz is a Software Product Manager at Open-Xchange, based in Denver, CO. He has extensive experience in the tech industry, having worked at Open-Xchange, Dovecot Oy, and United. He has also contributed to the development of Dovecot Pro, the most installed mail server in the world. Michael has a strong background in computer science and has authored an RFC titled "IMAP4 Extension: Message Preview Generation".
